摘  要:目的:确定解脲脲原体(UU)在健康足月分娩新生儿泌尿生殖道中的检出率与分群分型。方法:UU液体培养法初筛健康足月分娩248例新生儿外阴分泌物,阳性标本用PCR法及酶切法进行分群分型。结果:248例标本中,UU阳性率为10.48%,经阴道分娩组与剖宫产组阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男婴与女婴阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。26例阳性标本中,生物一群18例(69.23%),生物二群6例(23.08%),混合群2例(7.69%)。生物一群中1型4例,6型10例,3/14型2例,混合型2例。结论:本研究中健康新生儿泌尿生殖道中UU以生物一群为主,主要为1型和6型。Objective: To determine the detection rate and serotyping of Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) in urogenital tract of full term infants. Methods: Swab samples taken from cunnns in 248 full term infants were cultured by UU selective hquid medium. The serotyping was determined by PCR method and restriction enzyme excision. Results: The detection rate of UU in 248 healthy neonates was 10.48%. The detection rates of UU between infants dehvered via vaginal and delivered by cesarean, and between male and female had significant differences ( P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.01, respectively). In 26 UU positive specimens, 18 were parvum biovar (69.23%), 6 urealyticum biovar (23.08%) and 2 mixed biovars (7.69%). In parvum biovar, there were serotype 1(4 cases), serotype 6( 10 cases) and serotype 3/14(2 cases). Conclusion: The main boivar of the isolates is parvum biovar and 1, 6 serotypes in the current study.
