寻常性银屑病患者骨髓造血细胞凋亡的研究

摘　　要：目的研究银屑病患者骨髓造血细胞的凋亡状况。方法应用免疫磁珠法分离银屑病患者与正常人骨髓CD34+细胞,原位末端转移酶标记技术(TUNEL法)检测两组CD34+细胞的凋亡指数(AI)。结果银屑病患者骨髓CD34+细胞AI平均值为(7.6±0.9)%,正常人骨髓CD34+细胞AI平均值为(5.5±0.6)%,经统计学分析,两者差异无显著性(t=1.08,P>0.05)。结论银屑病患者骨髓造血细胞凋亡活性正常。Objective To research the apoptotie condition of marrow CD34＋ cells in patients with psoriasis. Methods Marrow CD34＋ cells were seperated by immunomagnetie beads method. And then terminal deoxynueleotidyl transferase biotin-dUTP nick end labeling（TUNEL method） was used to detect Apoptosis Index（M） in the patients with psoriasis and normal controls. Results Apoptosis index of CD34＋ cells in the patients with psoriasis was 7.6＋0.9%. And apoptosis index was 5.5±0.6% in normal controls. There was no significant difference between two groups（t=1.51, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Marrow hematopoietie cells show normal apoptotie activity in the patients with psoriasis.
