摘　　要：综述了宝钢连铸中间包滑板在使用中较易发生的滑程熔损、滑板间渗钢以及镶锆环滑板锆环破碎等异常情况,从滑板本身质量和实际操作可能存在的问题入手,分析了导致这些异常的原因,并提出了优化材质体系及滑板结构、控制滑板表面平整度、加强使用过程中的安装精度等应对措施,对连铸中间包滑板的应用经验积累和水平提高有一定的促进作用。Some defects, such as erosion of the slippage, steel leakage, breakage of the tipped and non-tipped zirconia rings between slide gate plates of Baosteel＇ s continuous-casting tundish, axe summarized, Causes that lead to the defects, like quality of the slide gate itself and operation faults, are analyzed. Countermeasures including optimization of the material system, structure of the slide gate, surface flatness and erection precision of the controlled plate have been put forward, which helped accumulate operation experience and enhance the level in use of tundish slide gate.
