摘　　要：本文讨论一个轴对称的弹塑性扭转问题．利用惩罚法，反射边界，Bernstein估计和逆Holder不等式，通过研究相应的具有混合边界条件的互补边值问题，得到了解的正则性．This paper discussed an axially symmetric elastic-plastic torsion problem. In virtue of penalty method, reflection boundaries, B3rnstein estimate and reverse H5ldpr inequality I on account of studying the Corresponding Commplem entary boundary problem which had mixed boundary Conditions,the regularity of the solutions was established.
