摘 要:离心泵输送粘性流体时的空化余量,目前还没有成熟的理论计算方法。本文通过实验研究了转速、流量和输送介质的粘度对离心油泵空化性能的影响。实验结果表明:泵的临界空化余量和空化余量换算系数与输送介质的粘度和流量有关。随着粘度的增加,泵的临界空化余量和空化余量换算系数增加;随着流量的增加,泵的临界空化余量增加,而空化余量换算系数减小。There is no accurate calculation method on how to calculate the net positive suction head (NPSH) of the centrifugal pump when transporting viscous fluids. In this paper, the effect of shaft speed, flowrate and viscosity of fluids on the cavitation performance of the centrifugal pump have been studied by experiment. Experimental results show that the critical NPSH of the centrifugal pump and the NPSH conversion coefficient are related to the fluids viscosity and the flowrate. With increasing the fluids viscosity, the critical NPSH and its conversion coefficient are both increasing; with increasing the pump flowrate, the critical net positive suction head is increasing, but the critical net positive suction head is decreasing.
