强肌健力饮对脾虚大鼠脏器组织病理形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察强肌健力饮对脾虚模型大鼠组织病理形态学的影响。方法:将SD大鼠30只随机分为空白组、模型组、强肌健力饮低剂量、强肌健力饮中剂量、强肌健力饮高剂量组、补中益气丸组。除空白组灌服蒸馏水外,其它各组大鼠均灌服大黄水煎液建立脾虚模型,并对各强肌健力饮组、补中益气丸组大鼠灌服相应药物。观察各组大鼠肾上腺、胸腺、脾脏、肾脏、睾丸脏器组织病理形态。结果:模型组大鼠肾上腺、胸腺、脾脏、肾脏、睾丸组织均有不同程度的损伤,而各强肌健力饮组、补中益气丸组组织损伤较小,形态与空白组组织接近。结论:强肌健力饮对脾虚大鼠受损的肾上腺、胸腺、脾脏、肾脏、睾丸组织具有修复作用。Objective:To observe the effect of Qiangji Jianli Yin (QJY) on histupathological features of adrenal gland,thymus,spleen,kidney and testes in spleen- deficiency rats.Methods:Thirty SD rats were randomized into blank group, model group,low-,middle- and high-dosage QJY groups,and Bnshong Yiqi Pill group.Except the blank group,the rats in other groups were given rhurbarb decoction by garage to establish the spleen-deficiency model,and then were treated with the corre- spending drugs according to the experimental design.Results:The organs of adrenal gland,thymus,spleen,kidney and testes in model group were injured to different de- grees,while were less damaged in QJY groups and Bushong Yiqi Pill group.The histo- logical features of the organs in QJY groups and Buzhong Yiqi Pill group were similar to the blank group.Conclusion:QJY has protective effect on the injured organ of spleen- deficiency rats.
