门诊诊疗人次季节变化动态分析

摘　　要：目的分析门诊病人流量与就医规律,提高门诊医疗服务水平。方法采用时间序列数据季节指数分析法,分析普通门诊月、季度变动特点与规律。结果门诊量的季节变动以一年为一个周期,随季节的变化引起周而复始的周期性变动,而且变动的幅度大致相同。结论门诊流量在医院各环节中有不同的变化规律,医院管理者应根据病人流量特点合理安排人力和其他资源,提高医疗服务水平。Objective By the analysis of the flow rate of the outpatients, we try to find out the discipline that the patients see doctors to improve the medical service. Method We analyzed the distributed index of the number of the outpatients in months and seasons with Index Analysis of chronologically season data. Result The flow rate of the outpatients changes with seasons, and its period is one year. And the width of the change is similar. Con- clusion Since the discipline of the change of the flow of rate of the outpatients with that of the seasons is different in each link of the hospital, the administrators of the hospital should reasonably plan the human and other resources according to the discipline of the flow of rate of the outpatients with seasons to improve the service.
