摘　　要：目的分析骶神经电刺激与辣椒辣素类似物(RTX)联合治疗女性特发性膀胱过度活动症(IOAB)的疗效。方法将32例女性IOAB患者采用经皮穿刺电刺激骶3神经及100 nmol/L RTX溶液100 ml膀胱灌注治疗3个月,观察治疗前后排尿日记及尿动力学参数,并通过治疗前后抑郁与焦虑的心理评分来分析患者的生活质量有无改善。结果治疗前后排尿日记及尿动力学参数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。比较治疗前后抑郁与焦虑的心理评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论骶神经电刺激与辣椒辣素类似物(RTX)联合治疗可改善女性IOAB患者的排尿功能障碍,可明显改善生活质量。Objective To analyze the efficacy of electric sacral neuromdulation and resiniferatoxin in patients with female overactive bladder. Methods 32 cases with IOAB female patients accepted percutaneous test sitmulation of the electric sacral nerves at S3, and treated by intravesical instillation with 100ml of 100nmol/L RTX. The efficacy of voiding status were evaluated. The improvement of female patients life were evaluated comparing the rating of depression and anxiety. Results There were significant improvements in 32 cases in variables included the number of voiding, volume voided and signs every day and urgent uresis. In the rating of depression and anxiety, the patients improved a litter and still had stimulating symptom in urethra and bladder. Conclusion The treatment of IOAB with single administratoon of electric sacral neuromdulation and resiniferatoxin is effective, and can successfully improve the symptom with little side effects.
