摘  要:用二苯碳酰二肼,对光导光度法测定天然水中痕量铬进行了研究。在光导吸收池中,光可在60%(V/V)二甲亚砜水溶液中实现全反射。应用100cm长的光导池,测定铬(Ⅵ)的线性范围为0.2~20μg/L,同1cm吸收池比较,灵敏度提高二个数量级。方法有高的选择性,水中常见共存离子均不干扰。用该方法测定了6个天然水样中痕量铬,6次测定的相对标准偏差为3.8%,平均回收率为102%。The method of long capillary cell absorption spectrometry for determination of trace chromium in natural water by diphenyl carbazide has been studied. In the optical waveguide absorption cell, the transmissivity of the water solution of 60% (V/V) dimethyl sulfoxide is almost 100%. With a 100 cm optical waveguide absorption cell, the linear range of method for determination of chromium (Ⅵ ) is 0. 2-20 μg/L. The sensetivity is increased more than one hundred times as compared with that of 1 cm cell. The method has a high se- lectivity. The common coexisting ions in large amount in water do not interfere. The trace chromium in six natural water samples has been determined by the present method. The relative standard deviation is 3. 8%.
