胸壁结核163例的外科诊断和治疗

摘　　要：目的总结经验教训,探索新时期胸壁结核的诊断治疗方法。方法对163例胸壁结核病例的诊断及外科治疗进行分析总结。结果在正规抗结核治疗2周以后,再进行病灶清除术切口Ⅰ期愈合153例,延期愈合10例,无复发病例。结论胸壁结核手术治疗前必须经过2周以上的正规抗结核治疗,手术中彻底清除病灶并采用带蒂肌瓣填充残腔,手术后适当加压包扎并继续正规抗结核治疗9个月以上是避免或减少复发的重要措施。Objective To summarize the experience of the therapy and diagnosis of thoracictuberculosis. Methods Diagnosis and operation of 163 cases of thoracictuberculosis were analyzed. Results 163 cases of thoracictuberculosis were treated with focuspurge upon two weeks＇ anti-tuberculosis treatment. 153 cases were cured upon one operation. 10 cases suffered incision delayed healing and there were no recurrence cases. Conclusion Thoracictuberculosis was treated with focuspurge upon two weeks anti-tuberculosis treatment before operation. Complete purge of focus and postoperative compression band and residual cavity filled with musle flap were important measures to prevent incision delayed healing and recurrence.
