摘　　要：通过间溴苯甲醚与2－二甲胺甲基环己酮反应制得1-间甲氧苯基-2-二甲胺甲基环己醇，对其分离得到相应的顺反异构体．对反应的立体化学进行了分析，并用13CNMR谱确定了顺反异构体的构型．The reaction of 2-(dimethylaminomethyl) cyclohexanone with m-anisyl magne-sium bromlde yielded the title compound as a mixture of Z- and E-isomers, which were sepa-rated into their pure component by fractional crystallization. Their configurations were de-termined by 13C NMR spectra. The stereochemistry of the reaction was discussed.
