摘　　要：本文通过开展读者问卷调查的方式,对高校图书馆的读者咨询服务进行实证研究,在对调查结果进行统计分析的基础上,就读者咨询服务的一些相关问题作了进一步的探讨。In this article, practical research is done on the reader reference service by the way of questionnaire, and a further discussion is carried out on relative problems of reader reference service on the basis of statistical analysis.
