摘 要:在对谐振复位双管正激变流器软开关原理进行深入分析的基础上,提出一种优化的饱和电感磁复位方法。在原有电路上附加一种电流型复位电路,借助其对饱和电感提供复位电流,可减小饱和电感体积。该复位电路构造简单,只需一个三极管,一个二极管及一个相应的电阻即可实现,无需电感电容等储能元件。通过对该变流器优化后的软开关部分电路工作状态的分析描述,以及一台250~400V输入,54V/5A输出样机的实验验证,电路改进后的变流器整机总体积与原先相比有可观缩小,从而提高了功率密度,为其在系统集成中电源模块小型化的应用创造了条件。Through discussion of the soft switching principle of resonant reset soft switching dual switch forward dc-dc topology, an optimized current source reset circuit for resetting the saturable reactor is presented. With the current provided by this reset circuit, the saturable reactor core can achieve low profile. In addition, the circuit configuration of the proposed reset circuit is also very simple, which only consists of one transistor, one diode and one resistor correspondingly. Then operation principles and characteristics of the reset circuit are analyzed in detail and the advantage in dimensions is verified by a 250~400V input, 54V/5A output prototype. The experimental results show converter with the proposed reset circuit has considerable smaller volume by minimum extra power loss and is cost-effective, if the parameters were properly chosen. Therefore the power density is improved, which means that the proposed scheme is more attractive in power electronics system integration applications compared with the original one.
