摘 要:电力系统频率是电力系统运行参数中最重要的参数之一。对系统频率控制的分析与研究是电力系统安全运行中一个不可忽视的部分。随着电力市场环境的产生与发展,系统在满足安全性及可靠性的前提下,如何准确地进行频率控制以实现电力市场的经济目标成为一大挑战。本文简单介绍了电力系统频率控制的基本概念及相关问题,以控制模型为线索对各种控制方法进行了系统的分类与评述,较为全面地研究和分析了近年来国内外学者在电力系统频率控制研究领域的成果以及经验教训。并在此基础上对该领域今后的研究方向作了展望,给出了系统频率控制领域今后重点研究的方向。Frequency is one of the most important parameters in power system. The analysis and research of system frequency is essential for the secure operation of system. With the formation and development of competitive electricity market environment, how to control system frequency accurately to achieve the economic goal of electricity market on condition that the security and reliability constraints are satisfied has been an urgent topic of present power system. The basic concepts of frequency control and interrelated issues are introduced in this paper. The classification and assessment of frequency control methods are put forward on basis of control models. Recent achievements and experience presented by lots of scholars in this research field at home and abroad are studied and analyzed comprehensively. At last, the research direction of system frequency control in the future is prospected and further key research issues in this field are proposed in this paper.
