摘 要:研究分析了运用噪声系数NF及噪声模型En-In测量放大器噪声参数的问题,并阐述了具体方法的实现。通过对不同情况下放大器的低噪声设计,证明了此种方法的适用性与可靠性。In every control system,it is necessary to use the prepositive amplifier which is made up of an Integrated Operational Amplifier and this kind of prepositive amplifier is used to follow and detect the very feeble signal extensively,It is very valuable to measure the Noise Coefficient of this amplifier accurately,rapidly and effectively,which is of great importance in making the output signal of the amplifier stable and distortionless,In this paper,the problem is studied carefully,two methods used in measuring the Noise Coefficient of amplifier have been put forward,and the En-In Noise Model has been analyzed in the lower noise design.
