摘　　要：试验研究了６５Ｍｎ钢制冷切锯片齿部重新电接触加热淬火工艺参数、齿部显微组织、硬化层深度、硬度及耐磨性，并进行了电接触淬火锯片实际寿命考核以及经济效益分析。The paper makes both a study and a test on the repeated electrocontact heating hardening of tooth part of a cold cutting circular saw band made up of 65Mn steel, including its processing parameters, microstructures inside the tooth part, hardened layer depth, hardness and wear resistance. In addition to the above, an examination is also carried out on the actual service life shown by this quenched saw band, with its economic efficiency being analyzed in the paper.
