摘 要:以传质的扩散方程为基础,针对膜相控制释放进行动力学研究,建立并推导了准稳态、环境浓度不断提高的释放动力学模型,解决了现有模型环境介质为无限渗阱假设产生的偏差,使模型更接近于实际释放过程.根据医疗科学和药物控制释放技术的发展趋势,设计了聚乙烯醇/先锋混合药膜的圆筒壁循环释放体系。Based on Ficks law of diffusion, a pseudosteady state delivery kinetics model with increasing environment density was established to replace the “Environment Medium Seeped Trap Assumption” which deviates from the real delivery process. A novel poly (Vinyl alcohol)/ Bacteriophage Xian Feng Ⅱ slab delivery system was designed and used to verify the model. The results showed that the model was effective in describing and predicting the delivery behaviors for an inside membrane diffusion controlled polymer/drug release system.
