摘　　要：介绍了一种聚乙烯管道热熔焊机控制系统。它主要是利用MSP430单片机实现对聚乙烯管道对焊时所需要的温度、压力、时间及夹具的行程等参数的监视和控制,从而保证焊接的质量。在控制焊接的同时,将焊接时的实际参数记录并存入EEPROM中,并可将这些参数通过内部集成微型打印机打印出来或通过串口上传至PC机,方便了对焊接工程的管理。A control system of a butt fusion welding machine for PE pipe is introduced in this paper.The core of the contro tem that based on MSP430 is monitoring and controlling the temperature,pressure,the way of clamp and elapsing when welding PE pipe.While controlling welding,and also records the real welding parameter into its EEPROM.
