摘 要:通过添加具有红外阻隔能力的填料,将建筑物内部发射的红外线反射回去,降低能量的损失,从而达到节能的效果。本文使用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪,导热系数仪和智能数字式巡回检测温度测试仪分别测试了添加具有红外阻隔能力填料的腻子的红外吸收光谱,导热系数和温度变化情况,通过测试结果得出结论:水滑石和硫酸镁在4:8的时候,红外阻隔性能最优,其温差变化较没有添加水滑石硫酸镁复合体系时提高5℃左右,而对腻子的导热系数几乎没有影响,这是由于填料对腻子的保温机理不同所致,同时也进一步验证了填料是通过红外阻隔来达到保温效果的。The filling agent that presents strong infrared blocking ability is added to reflect the IR back which is within buildings and reduce energy losses, thereby achieving thermal insulation results. The fourier transform infrared spectrometer, thermal conductivity device and smart digital circuit testing temperature testing device are used to test the infrared absorption spectrum, thermal conductivity and temperature changes of Nizi that is added filling agent, and we come to the conclusion that when water talc and magnesium sulfate is mixed by 4 to 8, the teat conservation property is the best, and the temperature changes of Nizi increase by 5 ℃ approximately compared with those without water talc and magnesium sulfate composite system, but the heat conduction coefficient hardly increased because of different mechanism of heat conservation, which further certificate that the filler agent achieving its thermal insulation is through Infrared barrier.
