广州地区办公建筑空调能耗分析与评价

摘　　要：对广州地区4栋典型办公建筑进行了能耗调查及测试,分析了空调系统及设备的全年运行能耗,结果显示此类建筑单位面积空调能耗平均为1.09 GJ/(m2.a),空调设备有很大的节能潜力。This paper investigates and tests energy consumption in 4 typical office buildings located in Guangzhou, analyses all - year run energy consumption of air conditioning system and other equipment mabyfactures, and finds that the mean air conditioning energy consumption per unit air conditioned area is 1.09 GJ/（m^2·a）and the potential of energy saving in equipment manufactures should take more attention.
