摘 要:既有的关于领导力评估方面的方法大多从领导特质或领导绩效的单一维度出发进行的,一些考虑两个维度的评估量表也存在系统性与全面性不足的问题。本文在充分理解领导力的内涵的基础上,建立了一个二维评估量表,即从领导特质和领导绩效两方面综合考虑。论文给出了实施二维评估量表的因素,并对每项因素及其评估标准进行了详细分析。Most of the extant researches about measurement methods of leadership are based on one dimension i. e. either leadership idiosyncrasy or leadership performance, even some researches has taken these two dimensions into consideration, the problem of inadequacy in system and comprehensiveness can be found in their measurement scales. Based on the comprehensive understanding of the meaning of leadership, this thesis develops a two-dimension scale, in which both leadership idiosyncrasy and leadership performance are given adequate consideration. In the meantime this thesis details the factors of implementing this two-dimension measurement scale, and then provides theoretical and empirical explanation of each factor.
