摘 要:用LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2(L333)作为正极材料,MCMB(中间相炭微球)作为负极材料,制成AA型锂离子蓄电池。对电池进行了热稳定性、过充、短路、穿钉等安全性测试。实验结果表明,L333具有良好的热稳定性和优异的耐过充性,在短路和穿钉实验中也可以满足安全性的要求。L333正极材料资源丰富、价格较低、高温和安全性能优良,是锂离子动力电池有优势的正极材料。The AA size lithium-ion batteries, using LiCO1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 (L 333) as cathode materials and MCMB as anode materials, were prepared. A series of safety tests, such as thermal stability, overcharging performance, external short circuit and nail penetration and etc., were carried out to determine the fundamental safety level of these batteries. The thermal stability and over charging performance of L 333 cathode material batteries were excellent, and external short circuit test and nail penetration test also met the safety standard. For its abundant resource, low cost, good elevated temperature performance and better safety issue, the cathode material L 333 is an excellent candidate for lithium-ion batteries for EV and HEV.
