摘 要:通过丙烯酸二乙二醇甲醚酯、丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺共聚,添加有机增塑剂和无机添加剂,制备了一种新型的锂离子蓄电池复合聚合物电解质膜。用红外光谱、扫描电镜和交流阻抗谱等方法进行了表征,研究了影响电导率的各种因素、电化学稳定性和与金属锂的界面相容性。该电解质膜机械加工性能良好,电化学性能稳定,电导率在22℃下达到了1.27×10-3S/cm。研究结果表明,聚合物的组分比例、锂离子浓度、增塑剂和添加剂对电导率有不同程度的影响。以该电解质膜组装模拟电池,具有较好的充放电性能。A novel solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) for lithium ions rechargeable batteries, was prepared by copolymerizing acryl amide,acrylic acid and the organic plasticing agent, and inorganic additives were used to enhance the conductivity. The conductivity reached 1.27 × 10^-3 S/cm at 22℃. Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron micrographs (SEM), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and a series of electrochemical measurements were conducted, and the conductivities factors, the interfacial affinity with lithium of the electrolyte and the cycling performance of the battery were discussed. The results show that the monomers molar ratio, lithium salts content, plasticing agent and additives are dominant conductivity influencing factors. The batteries prepared with this SPE showed excellent cycling performance.
