摘　　要：运用微观经济学有关理论及分析方法，揭示了高新技术扩散过程中垄断利益的诱导规律、扩散利益的分配规律、边际收益递减规律以及扩散不足、扩散过度现象，阐明了在扩散的动力、条件。This paper explores the laws of the action of monopolizing profit and spreading revenue, and the law of marginal revenue decrease progressively,and the phenomenon about insufficient spread and excessive spread. It points out the action machanism of every law during the different spread stage.
