摘　　要：本文从生油岩的角度，结合沉积相及生储盖组合，探讨了贵州震旦系陵山沱组生油岩的有机质类型及丰度、油气热演化史，并对陡山沱组的油气保存单元进行了综合评述，指出有利的油气保存区。From the aspect of oil-source rocks, along with sedimentary factes andsource- reservior- cover associat ions, t h is paper w ill d isc uss t he t ypes and abundence oforganic materials and thermal history of oil and gas in oil-source rocks of SinianDeushantuo Formation, Guizhou. Also, oil-gas-reserved units of Doushantuo For.will be reviewen comprehensively. Finally, some regions where oil and gas are reserved favourably will be proposed.
