摘 要:在D5.80mm制式枪弹致伤动物模型上的颌面部,于致伤后2、6、24、72h、7d取材,检测组织内NO的含量,并用HE和NADPH-d染色观察组织形态学变化与一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的关系。结果发现:伤后组织内NO含量明显增高,24h达到高峰,7d维持较低水平;24~72h组织呈进行性损伤,组织内可见大量NOS阳性细胞,7d组织内修复现象明显,NOS阳性细胞明显减少。结果提示:颌面部枪弹伤后组织进行性损伤和修复愈合与L-精氨酸/NO途径的激活有关;NO的大量生成是组织细胞损伤的重要因素之一。Gunshot wound was created by 5.80mm bullet in maxillofacial region of dogs. Samples were harvested at each timepoint of 2h, 6h, 24h, 72h and 7d after wound. Nitric oxide(NO) content in the samples was detected. The relationslip between histopathological changes and NO synthase(NOS) were observed dynamically with HE and NADPH d stain. It was found that NO content was increased and reached peak 24h after wound and maintained a low level in 7d. Tissue damage was more serious in 24~72h. There were many NOS positive cells in wounded tissue. 7d after wound, NO content was decreased significantly. The results suggested that there was certain relationship between L Arg/NO pathway and tissue damage. It seems that large amount of NO may be one of the important reasons which cause local tissue injury in the gunshot wound.
