摘 要:采用激光熔覆工艺对某船用减速齿轮箱齿轮轴的磨损齿面进行尺寸修复。为制定合理的修复方案,建立了齿轮轴齿面激光熔覆温度场模型,通过计算分析,结合样块试验,确定了修复过程中的激光熔覆主要工艺参数;选用单向送粉双向扫描的熔覆方法,解决了熔覆层开裂的问题;针对计算结果中出现的齿面进出端和齿顶热集中效应和热冲击效应引起的过烧现象,提出了搭接熔覆和包覆熔覆的熔覆工艺,较好地消除了过烧现象。最终在磨损轮齿上得到了厚度达0.7 mm质量稳定的优质熔覆层,完成了磨损轮齿的尺寸修复。该激光熔覆工艺可为类似的修复问题提供借鉴和指导。With the aid of experiment in specimen, the temperature field model of laser cladding on gear shaft is constructed to design a project which used to repair the wear gear in ship deceleration gear box. The technic of unidirectional powder feeding and two way scanning is used to solve the crack problem in cladding. The technic of lapping cladding and whole cladding are used to solve the over heat problem in part of gear arose by heat impact and heat concentrate. Finally, quality cladding which thickness valued 0.7 mm is gained in tooth of wear gear. The laser cladding technic in this project to repair wear gear can be used in the other similarity.
