摘 要:在乳化剂OP存在下,pH7.0~10.0的NH4Cl-NH3.H2O缓冲介质中,基于吡咯啶二硫代甲酸钠与铜(Ⅱ)室温发生显色反应而形成2∶1的黄色络合物,提出了吡咯啶二硫代甲酸钠分光光度法测定铜(Ⅱ)的新方法。该黄色络合物的最大吸收波长λmax在438nm处。详细考察了反应酸度、吡咯啶二硫代甲酸钠、乳化剂OP用量及反应时间等的影响,共存离子均有较大的允许量。25mL溶液中,铜质量在0~70μg范围内服从比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε438=1.33×104L.mol-1.cm-1。所拟方法用于纯铝、铝合金和合金钢中微量铜的测定,结果与认定值一致,相对标准偏差小于3%。Based on the chromogenic reaction of copper(Ⅱ) with the sodium pyrrolidine-1-carbodithioate to form a stable yellow complex(1 : 2) in the presence of emulsifier OP and in the medium of NH4Cl-NH3 ·H2O buffer at pH 7.0-10. 0, a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of copper(Ⅱ) is proposed. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is 438 nm at room temperature. The optimum conditions such as acidity, dosage of sodium pyrrolidine-1-carbodithioate solution and emulsifier OP solution, and reaction time for the system were studied in detail. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0--70μg in 25 mL solution with the apparent molar absorptivity of 1.33× 104 L · mol^-1· cm^-1. Interferences of coexisting ions have bigger allowable amount. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of copper in pure aluminum and alloy samples, and the results conform to the certified values with the relative standard deviations of less than 3%.
