摘  要:研究了在磷酸介质及加热条件下,钌(Ⅲ)对高碘酸钾氧化亮绿的显色反应有强烈催化作用,提出了测定痕量钌的催化光度方法。研究了反应的适宜条件及动力学参数,并探讨了反应机理。催化反应体系的最大吸收波长为455nm。在10mL溶液中,钌量的线性测量范围为0.005~0.08μg,检出限为5.7×10-11g/mL。对0.04μg/mL的钌(Ⅲ))通过11次平行测定,RSD为0.34%。催化反应的表观活化能为25.37kJ/mol,表观速率常数为9.28×10-3/s。本法用于岩矿和阳极泥中痕量钌的测定,RSD分别为1.6%和2.1%,回收率分别为99.9%和101.2%。A kinetic photometric method for the determination of trace ruthenium based on the catalytic effect of Ru(Ⅲ) on the oxidation of light green by potassium periodate in H3 PO4 medium and in a water bath of 40 ℃ is reported. The kinetic parameters and reaction mechanism are studied. In the condition of catalytic system,the maximum absorption wavelength was located at 455 nm. The linear range of the method is 0. 005--0. 08 μg/10mL and the detection limit is 5.7×10^-1g/mL for Ru(Ⅲ). The relative standard deviation(RSD) for 11 replicate determinations of 0.04μg/10 mL of Ru(Ⅲ) is 0. 34%. The apparent activation energy of catalytic reaction is found to be 25.37 kJ/mol and the rate constant is 9.28 × 10^-3/s. The method has been applied to the determination of Ru(Ⅲ) in ore and anode slime with RSD of 1.6% and 2. 1%, the recoveries of 99.9% and 101.2% ,respectively.
