艾滋病患者心理压力及应对方式的研究

摘　　要：目的深入了解和探讨艾滋病患者在疾病困扰中承受的心理压力以及其应对方式。方法用质性研究中现象学的研究方法,以自拟的半结构式访谈指引,对山西省某县3位艾滋病患者进行面对面访谈和观察,访谈结束后运用主题分析法,找出有意义的研究主题。结果艾滋病患者压力感受主要集中在:①对个人患病现实的感受;②对生死的强烈感受;③对社会隔离的感受;④对社会支持的强烈期盼。其应对方式主要表现为:①认知调整:②求助社会支持:③主动解决问题;④应对方式与其原人格状态有关。结论艾滋病患者心理状况复杂,在未来的艾滋病防治与关怀工作中,心理关怀急需重视,开展社会支持对艾滋病患者进行压力应对具有重要的作用。Objective To explore the real feelings about psychological pressure and relevant coping style of the AIDS patients. Methods Three AIDS patients in Shanxi province were interviewed according to the semi-structured interview based on phenomenology in qualitative research. The recorded information was analyzed by theme analysis to find out the meaningful research topics. Results Four major topics on feelings about psychological pressure were found：（1）the real feelings when affected with AIDS, （2）the fear of death, （3）feelings of social exclusion, （4）strong expectation of social supports. Three major topics on coping style were found： （1）cognitive balance; （2）problem solving, （3）try to find social support and （6）coping style （ related to the AIDS patients＇ individual personality）. Conclusion The AIDS patients have complex and various feelings. For the further prevent/on of AIDS, more psychological care is needed to understand the patient＇s real feeling and provide effective help.
