摘　　要：现在很多读者不能主动自觉地利用图书馆资源.实践证明开展读者教育活动,是发挥图书馆教育职能的重要催化剂,要在学生学习的知识和可利用的图书馆资源之间建立一个联系的环节,给学生以使用文献的实际经验,使学生能独立地进行情报检索.In reality, it is a common phenomenon that many readers cannot make best use of the resources in libray of their own free will. By way of practice, developing education activities for the readers will be a catalyzer to give full scope to the library＇s education function, a link should be built between the knowledge that students specialize in the resources in library, so that the university students can get practical experience to use the documents and the skills to search information.
