摘　　要：榉树适应性广,观赏价值高,材质好,是国家二级保护植物。因其独特的形态特征和生态习性,人们赋予榉树丰富的文化内涵,并广泛应用于园林绿化建设中。文章概述了榉树的资源状况、生物学特性、生态习性,探讨了榉树的文化内涵,阐述了榉树适于园林应用的优良特性及其配植形式。Zelkova schneideriana has widely adaptabilities, it is a kind of excellent ornamental and high quality trees, and it is also the protccting plant in China. This paper gives a bricf commentary on the resource attributions and main biological, ecological characteristics of Zelkova schneideriana. It summarizes the abundance cultural connotations of Zelkova schneideriana, and states main ways of their applications in landscaping.
