摘　　要：寻找早期诊断肾病综合征高凝状态的实验室指标。方法选择肾病综合征患儿24例，其中19例血小板增高。检测患儿血浆D-二聚体。结果高凝状态的患儿D-二聚体呈阳性。结论检测D-二聚体有助于早期诊断肾病综合征井血液高凝状态。Tb find out the early diagnostic laboratory indicators for nephrotic syndrome with blood hypercoagulability.Methods There were 24 patients of nephrotic syndromes. Among them, 19 patients were found hyperplateletosis. The plasma of the patients were collected for the measurement of D-dimer.Results The plasma D-dimer in Patients with blnd hypercoagulability was Positive.Conclusion The measurement of D-dimer could be used as early dignosis of nephrotic syndrome with bloodhypercoagulability.
