摘 要:基于数字图像处理技术的针式仪表读数识别是针式仪表自动检定的关键技术.针对角度法读数识别精度不高的缺点,采用将仪表表头原始图像预处理后,进行二值化将有用信息分割出来;用改进的Hildtch细化算法对二值化后的图像进行细化处理;利用最小二乘法拟合表头刻度线和指针.在此基础上提出了利用刻度线示值作为基准值和距离法相结合的识别算法.The Identification of pointer meters' results on the basis of image processing is critical for pointer meters automatic checkup. For the angle method owns the shortcoming of imprecise result identification the image is proecessed after the pretreatment of the meters outfit image. Binary image extracted the useful imformation, with improved Hildtch thin to process binary image. Then, least square method is used to approximate meter head scales and pointer. On this basis, the method to combinate scale value considered as basis value with distance approach is proposed. The experiment concerned testifies the feasibility of the approach and shows that it has applied significance in the auto-examination of pointer meters.
