摘　　要：在信息技术飞速发展的大背景下,信息系统已经成为企业不可或缺的重要资源,采用信息系统影响或直接支持企业的经营战略,从而给企业带来竞争优势或削弱竞争对手的竞争优势。通过价值链模型,讨论了企业战略与信息系统的匹配在企业业务层面的应用,试图给企业带来操作性的建议。Because of the great development of information technology, information system has been the important resource of enterprises, strategy information system has also been the hot spo4 which takes advantage of the information system to change or support the strategy of enterprises to have the competition advantage. This paper discusses the application in the business level of strategy information system through the value chain model, trying to give suggestions to enterprises.
