摘 要:分布式发电系统是可再生能源发电越来越普遍采用的一种形式,为解决分布式风电场的规划设计问题,进行了效益量化指标分析方法和设计规则的研究.描述了分布式风电场规划中的四个效益量化指标和计算方法,以一个辐射型电网为例进行了四个量化指标的计算和分布式风电场的规划设计分析.对比不同接入电网方案的效益量化指标,得出分布式风电场的最佳规划设计选择方案.通过计算分析,给出了一种效益指标量化、优化分布式风电场的规划方法,对电力系统中分布式风电场的接入和容量优化设计起到指导作用.Distributed generation(DG)is becoming a popular form in renewable energy generation. To plan and design distributed wind generation plants, the benefit quantization index analysis method and design principle were researched. Four benefit quantization indices and their calculation methods were described. Based on one radiant power grid, four benefit quantization indices were calculated, and the DG plan and design were analyzed. The benefit quantization indices were compared among several getting connected grid solutions. One optimal plan and design scheme for a distributed wind generation plant was presented, which could be used to guide both connection and capacity optimal design of the distributed wind generation plant grid in power systems.
