摘　　要：介绍了西文期刊回溯建库和中文期刊回溯建库,分析了期刊刊次号应具备的特点,提出期刊刊名变更回溯建库时应统一规范化。This paper introduces the retrospective bibliographical database establishment for both western periodicals and Chinese periodicals, analyzes that the number of a periodical should possess the features of seientifieness, simpleness and strong suitability, and points out that the variation of periodical name should be unified and normalized.
