摘　　要：论述了人力资源管理在图书馆实施的必要性,分析了图书馆的人力资源现状,探讨了图书馆加强人力资源开发与管理的新途径。This paper expounds the necessity of implementing the human resource management in the library, analyzes the present situation of the human resource of the library, and points out the new approaches for the library to strengthen the human resource development and management.
