摘　　要：2007年4月27日国家质检总局首次成功举办了核与辐射恐怖事件应急处置演练。通过总结这次演练的经验,详细分析了现场应急处置组织结构和实战处置顺序,旨在加强反恐意识,强化应急准备,完善应急预案,加强应急建设,探索口岸执法把关与反恐工作有机结合的实效方法。An emergente drilling to deal with terror event of nuclear radiation was successfully commited at Dalian port April 27th in 2007.The experience was summarized, the emergency handling management arid procedure were analyzed, to boost anti-terror consciousness, strengthen emergency preparation, make the pre-protocol perfect, and make out a reasonable combination of law-executing and anti-terror.
