摘  要:研究了高浓度CO2胁迫对绿豆形态及生物量分配的影响。结果表明:高浓度CO2胁迫下,绿豆生长受到严重抑制,植株在形态上表现为单叶面积减少、茎细和根长下降。生长25 d的绿豆植株总生物量下降50%左右。绿豆各个部分对高浓度CO2响应趋势相似,生物量分配无显著性变化。Effect of high CO2 stress on the morphology and matter partitioning of mung bean ( Vigna radiata L ) was studied. The growth of mung bean plants has been seriously at high CO2 stress. Elevated CO2 had negative effect on specific leaf area. With significant effect on stem diameter as well as root length decreased in elevated CO2compared with their counterpart ambient CO2. The dry mass was decreased by 50%. The decrease rate in dry matter and growth of root, stem and leaves were similar. Leave and root growth were effected greatest. There is no effect in the matter partitioning.
