摘  要:以内冷型竖直板降膜除湿器为对象,考虑实际对流换热边界条件,建立相应的除湿过程数学模型并求解。设计加工了除湿器实验平台,实验结果与模拟计算值的比较证明了模型的有效性,测试了溶液和被处理空气的进口参数对除湿器性能的影响,为系统的设计和运行提供了依据。An internally cooling falling film dehumidifier which is the major component of liquid desiccant air-conditioning systems was proposed and a numerical model describing the heat and mass transfer process of this dehumidifier has been developed at the boundary conditions of convective heat transfer. An experimental equipment of the dehumidifier has been built. In experiments, calcium chloride is applied as the liquid desiccant, the process of dehumidification was studied and the results show that the mathematical model is correct. The influence of air and solution inlet parameters on the performance of dehumidification has been described.
