摘 要:以硅酸钠、三氯化铁、聚丙烯酰胺为原料,制备了高效高分子混凝剂,初步研究了其对乳品废水的絮凝净化效果,考察了SiO2的质量分数、硅与铁的摩尔比、投药量、pH值等的影响,得出了最佳制备工艺条件为:SiO2%=2.0%,pH=2.0~3.0,聚合时间为1h,熟化时控制Si/Fe^3+=3(摩尔比),反应时间为2h,该产品对pH值为8~13范围内的乳品工业废水具有良好的絮凝效果。The process of preparation high-effective macromolecular flocculant from sodium silicate, FeCl3and PAM was developed. The flocculating effect on milk wastewater was primary studied and the influence of mass fraction of SiOz, Si/Fe^3+ mole rate, amount of flocculant and pH value were investigated. The optimum preparation conditions were follows . SiO2%=2.0%,pH=2. 0-3.0, the flocculation time of 1 hours,aging time of 2 hours in the condition of Si/Fe^3+=3(mole rate). The experiment showed that the composite flocculant has good flocculating effects on milk wastewater when pH value is 8- 13.
