摘　　要：信息化实现了企业信息的集成和有效利用,但很多信息的动态特质在展示时需要的实效性,在通常信息相对静止的应用系统如管理信息系统(MIS),客户关系管理(CRM),企业资源计划系统(ERP)中还不能很好的满足要求。于是,针对企业协同工作需求应运而生的实时协作通信软件,通过集成企业的应用,利用网络和通信技术,将企业的关键信息流动起来,同企业已有的信息系统相互补充,构建出高效利用企业信息的协同工作平台。同时也对协统软件的存在价值及其发展的方向做了自主思考。Informationization realizes the enterprises＇ integration and efficient utilization of information. Information with dynamic characteristic needs to be displayed dynamically, while some application software such as MIS, CRM and ERP which display information statically can not satisfy such requirement. In order to satisfy the demand of collaboration working of enterprise, real-time collaboration communication software is developed. Collaboration software can integrate different applications of enterprise and exchange key information by using network and communication technique. It is a complement of current enterprise software and constructs an efficient information collaboration platform of enterprise. Collaboration software＇s value and development direction are also considered in this paper.
