摘　　要：农业产业化发展过程中的风险性和信息不对称性促使了资金获取困境.本文通过分析国际上风险资本对农业产业化发展的成功经验,对风险资本与农业产业化发展关系之间的价值需求、风险控制、宏观环境支持方面进行了总结,并结合我国当前农业产业化风险资本发展现状提出了一些建议.Risk and information asymmetry in agriculture industrialization causes to plight of funds. Analyzing the successful experiences on venture capital and development of agriculture industrialization, the article summarizes the value demands, risk control and supporting of macroenvironment for the relations of venture capital and agriculture industrialization, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of agriculture industrialization and venture capital.
