摘  要:针对贵州某地高铁泥化钼铅矿的特点,采用硫化-黄药浮选方法进行了钼铅矿的浮选回收试验。试验研究结果表明采用硫化法能够有效实现钼铅矿的浮选,六偏磷酸钠的添加能够改善矿浆的分散性能,钼铅矿捕收剂以异戊基黄药效果最好,添加煤油能够增强钼铅矿表面的疏水性,加温浮选能够明显改善硫化效果和浮选指标。采用该浮选工艺成功进行了工业试验,在给矿钼品位为0.67%条件,浮选精矿钼品位可以达到5.8%,回收率达到76%。According to the characteristics of slimy wulfenite with high limonite content from Guizhou, the flotation experiment of the wulfenite was carried out by means of sulphidizaiton - xanthate flotation method. The experimental results showed that the wulfenite can be effectively floated in sulphidizing process, the addition of sodium hexametaphosphate can improve the disper- sion of the pulp, isomer - amyl xanthahte used as the collector has the well effect for the flotation of wulfenite. The addition of kerosene can enhance the surface hydrophobicity of wulfenite, heating flotation can greatly improve the effect of sulphidization and the index of flotation. The industrial examination was carried out, the molybdenum content of the concentrate was up to 5.8% and the recovery of molybdenum was up to 76% at a feed ore containing 0.67% molybdenum.
