摘　　要：在最大限度地保证社会效益的同时,最大限度地追求经济效益是图书采购的原则。文章对目前图书馆正价图书现场采购中存在的背离图书采购原则的种种不良现象及后果做了阐述,并结合实践提出了控制策略。The principle of book-purchase of libraries is to guarantee both the social effect and economic effect to the maximum degree. The article analyzes some sorts of undesirable tendencies in book-purchase in libraries which have deviated from the basic principle of book-purchase, and advances some control tactics in the light of our practice.
