摘　　要：[目的]研究丰39S的选育过程。[方法]丰39S是利用广占63S经离子束诱变处理,经自然压力法选育而成的温光敏核不育系。于2003～2005年研究了丰39S的形态特征、育性表现及其配制组合的表现。[结果]该不育系株型紧凑,分蘖力强,抗性强,米质优,不育起点温度较低,不育性稳定。2003、2004年镜检期花粉败育率100%。2005年大田鉴定典败花粉8.43%,余为无花粉败育,自交不结实率为99.90%。2004年三亚地区结实率49.10%,实产3307.5kg/hm2。所配组合丰两优4号高产、抗病,结实率81.60%,千粒重27.7g。2005年区域试验平均单产8.59t/hm2,比汕优63增产8.99%,达极显著水平。[结论]丰39S的育性符合光温敏核不育系选育指标要求,配组后代株型紧凑,生长势强,丰产性好。Objective The research aimed to study the breeding process of Feng 39S.Method Feng 39S was a thermo-photosensitive genic sterile line that was bred with Guangzhan 63S treated with ion beam mutation by natural pressure method.The morphological characteristics,fertility performance and the manifestation of prepared combination of Feng 36S were studied in 2003～2005.Result This sterile line had compact plant type,strong tillering ability,strong resistance,good rice quality,lower critical temperature of sterility and steady sterility.The pollen abortion rate in microscopy examination in 2003 and 2004 were 100 %.In 2005 in field identification test,the typical pollen abortion was 8.43 %,the rest were no pollen abortion and the self-cross non-bearing rate was 99.90 %.In 2004 in Sanya area test,the bearing rate was 49.10 %,the real output of 3 307.5 kg/hm^2.The prepared combination Hefeng Liangyou 4 had high yield and disease resistance with the bearing rate of 81.60 % and 1 000-grain weight of 27.7 g.In 2005 in regional test,the average yield was 8.59 t/hm^2,which was increased 8.99 % than that of Shanyou 63,reaching the extremely significant level.Conclusion The fertility of Feng 39S accorded with the requirements of the breeding index for thermo-photosensitive genic sterile line and its progeny of prepared combination had compact plant type,strong growth vigor and good productivity.
