Objective The research aimed to study the degradation effect of microorganism on pesticides.Method Shuangya 2 and Yare 1 strains were used to degrade 10 % midacloprid and 40 % triazophos to determine the residual amounts and compare the degradation abilities.Result After inoculating Shuangya 2 and Yare 1,the residual amounts of midacloprid in Shuangya 2 and Yare 1 were 4.00 and 9.60 mg/kg respectively after 1 d of full mycelium and that of triazophos were 19.43 and 19.06 mg/kg,which both had extremely significant differences with CK.Midacloprid was degraded by Shuangnai 2 entirely after 15 d of full mycelium and the content in the strain bag of Yare 1 was 0.30 mg/kg,being obviously lower than that of triazophos(18.50 mg/kg).After 25 d of full mycelium, midacloprid was degraded by Shuangnai 2 and Yare 1 entirely and the residual amounts of triazophos in two pesticides were 3.41 and 3.09 mg/kg respectively being significantly lower than that of CK.The degradation abilities of 2 strains to midacloprid were higher than that to triazophos. The degradation ability of Shuangnai 2 was slightly higher than that of Yare 1.Conclusion Yare 1 and Shuangnai 2 had certain degradation abilities to midacloprid and triazophos.
