摘  要:[目的]开发新的玉米秸秆酸解糖化工艺,以解决生物质制乙醇技术中酸解糖化法收率低等问题。[方法]采用单因素及正交试验,考察了带压两段酸水解浓酸段和稀酸段的水解糖化规律和工艺条件。通过两段法浓酸预处理与稀酸水解相结合,对玉米秸秆进行水解,并对水解条件进行了优化。[结果]初步确定常压两段酸水解较优的水解工艺条件为:一段浓酸预处理中,酸浓度60%,酸固比12∶1,水解时间30min,温度45℃;二段稀酸水解中,水固比220∶1,水解时间120min,水解温度100℃。经两段水解后,总糖收率显著增加,达93.81%。[结论]首次提出常压两段酸水解工艺,该工艺条件温和、流程简单、成本低廉、总糖收率高、应用前景广阔。[Objective] The aim of the study was to develop the new technology, of acid hydrolyzing and saccharifying of corn straw, so as to solve the problem of low yield of acid hydrolysis and saecharifying in the technique of producing ethanol from biomass. [Method] The hydrolysis and saccharifying law and technology conditions in concentrated and diluted acid stages of two -stage acid hydrolysis was examined by single factor and orthogonal experiments. Two-stage method of combining the pretreatment with concentrated acid and hydrolysis with diluted acid was used to hydrolyze corn straw and the hydrolysis condition was optimized. [Result] It was preliminarily confirmed that the superior conditions of hydrolysis technology for two -stage acid hydrolysis under normal pressure were as follows: Acid concentration of 60 %, ratio of acid to solid of 12:1, hydrolysis time of 0.5 h and temperature of 45 ℃ in the first stage of pretreatment with concentrated acid; ratio of water to solid of 220:1, hydrolysis time of 2.0 h and hydrolysis temperature of 100℃ in the second stage of hydrolysis with diluted acid, under which the total sugar yield in the hydrolyzate could be up to 93.81%. The total sugar yield increased significantly through two-stage hydrolysis. [Conclusion] The technology of two-stage acid hydrolysis under normal pressure was put forward at the first time. It has advantages of moderate condition, simple flow, low cost, high total sugar yield and broad application prospect.
