关于棉花贸易自由化中政府作为的思考

摘　　要：对当前的棉花收储政策、棉花滑准税、棉花生产方式等与贸易自由化相关的因素进行了分析,指出了政策方面的缺陷,并提出了棉花贸易自由化中政府应当有所作为,通过政府行为维护国内市场竞争,扶持产业发展。Some factors relative to liberalization of trade,such as cotton storage,Sliding Duties,production mode of cotton and so on,were analyzed.The limitation of current government policies was pointed out,and concerned suggestions about liberalization of cotton trade which government should make were put forward.
